No Sales Tax
No sales tax except order shipped to customers located in Georgia. When an order is subject to sales tax collection, the tax amount will be automatically calculated and detailed on your order review.

Shipping Policy for orders ship within US
(1) ALL orders will be shipped on same day or next business day if the item ordered is in stock
(2) All orders placed during weekend or holidays will be shipped the next business day.
(3) An email with tracking number will be sent to you within 24 hours after your order is shipped.
(4) We ship our orders via Fedex or US Postal Service with tracking number. In the event we could not ship via FEDEX for the expedited order, we will ship your order via UPS with tracking number and same delivery day selected.
(5) We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO address

Shipping Rates:
(1) Ground Shipping is a flat rate of $4.95 on orders under $99.
(2) For orders $99 or more (before taxes), ground shipping is FREE!.
(3) For expedited shipping, please select the options available on your checkout page.

International Orders
(1) Smart Baby Mall ship worldwide. However, we will not accept internaitonal orders for certain large items.
(2) Please email us a list of items you want to buy along with your shipping address for accurate shipping quote. Most emails will be responsed within 24 hours or less. (Please note that the shipping rate on our website is only for orders ship within US only)
(3) You will receive an electronic invoice for the total amount due once you accepted the shipping quote.

Return Policy
Smart Baby Mall wants to ensure your satisfaction with every order. We offer 100% refund on most items except the following:
(1) Opened CD, DVD, and VHS are non-refundable.
(2) Eating utensils, blanket, bath and fabric items cannot be resold for hygienic reasons and therefore are non-refundable.

Detail return policy:
(1) Item must be return within 30 days of receipt.
(2) All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RMA), which can be obtained by sending email to support@smartbabymall.com.
(3) Item must be returned with the original packaging, parts, instructions, and accessories.
(4) Item must be in unused conditon.
(5) Shipping charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for the shipping costs on return items.
(6) For any "Free Shipping" items that are returned or exchanged, the customer will be responsible for the amount of shipping incurred by us in the delivery of the product to you. You will be refunded for all but what it cost us to ship it to you, and you will be responsible for any costs incurred for shipping it back to us.
(7) We are not responsible for loss, damage, or theft, so we suggest that you insure your package when you ship it.
(8) If you are exchanging your order, we will add the appropriate shipping charges to the new order and charge any balance that exceeds your credit to the credit card used on your original order.
(9) If you are returning a gift, please let us know if you would like store credit or a refund made to the credit card of the original purchaser.
(10) Returns are processed within 7 business days of receipt.
(11) Returned items that do not meet these criteria are subject to a 50% restocking fee, due to additional procesing costs caused by unexpected returns.
(12) SmartBabyMall.com will cover the cost of return shipping for defective items, and will refund 100% of the purchase price.

How to return an unused or unwanted item to SmartBabyMall.com:
(1) Please include EITHER a copy of your SmartBabyMall.com invoice or the following two pieces of information:
   - SmartBabyMall.com order number, product model number and description, date product was ordered, and reason for return
   - Your name and e-mail address (or postal address)
(2) Remember to place your RMA on your package.
(3) Ship your returns to the return address we sent you in the email.
